2005年にIHI入社。以降、人事部にて評価報酬・人材開発などを担当。2016年～2020年に米州統括会社のIHI Americas Inc.へ出向し、組織再編やHRM施策を企画・実践。2022年よりIHI エアロスペースにて、イプシロンによる打上げサービス事業計画を立案・推進中。一橋大学院経営管理研究科(MBA)修了。

Takayuki Kado is General Manager of Planning & Administration Group of Epsilon Launch Service Project Dept. In addition, he promotes business planning, research, and the development of businesses in those fields. He joined Human Resource division of IHI Corporation in 2005 and transferred to IHI AEROSPACE Co., Ltd. Before becoming the general manager of current group, he was responsible for designing and implementing the corporate strategy as the vice president of IHI Americas Inc. He earned the Master of Business Administration at Hitotsubashi University.
