He joined the officein 2020 as the Deputy Director.Prior to joining the current position, he was the Deputy Director ofCybersecurity Division.He received the Master’s Degree in Information Security Policy & Management at the Carnegie Mellon University in 2018 and the Bachelor’s Degree in Physics Engineering at the Kyoto University in 2011.
