合同会社 Open Crucible代表社員。国内大企業の新規事業創造プログラムの企画運営、伴走支援を行う他、内閣府とJAXAが主導するS-Booster審査員兼メンター、中小機構のBusiNestアクセラレータコース審査員兼メンターなどを務める。海外スタートアップのメンタリング支援についても5年以上の経験を持つ。2001年にシステム/ネットワークインテグレーターに入社。営業、経営企画、新サービスのマーケティング・プロモーションを担当。2012年に早稲田大学MBA（経営戦略）へ入学。2013年から、アクセラレーターにて起業家教育・ハンズオンプログラムの責任者、企業の新規事業創出プログラムの企画運営ならびに事業創造教育コンテンツの開発を主導。主に起業家メンタリング及び事業創造環境の提供プログラムの企画運営と総監修のほか、各種プログラム/カリキュラム開発、事業創造エコシステム活性化のためのイベント事業企画運営、事業創造のツール開発、事業創造支援システムの企画とトライアル、投資案件の遂行、事業創造人脈構築などを推進する。2019年4月から22年12月まで株式会社Spiral 取締役COO。

Takeshi Hamachi has over 5 years experience of director at startup accelerator, planning and operating startup/entrepreneur hands-on program, and also corporate innovation program including education programs, sessions, workshops for large corporation. He graduated Waseda University MBA, during the period, built "WBS Entrepreneur's Club" with school friends who will launch their own startups. At the accelerator, he mainly has done startup/entrepreneur mentoring, matching and connecting networks between each entrepreneurs/enterprise, planning programs for business development education, developing tools for programs, investment, creating/building network of entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs. And also be a mentor for Japanese/global startup, do small angel investment, provide open innovation programs for Japanese large corporations at his own company OpenCrucible Inc. he was COO/CFO at autonomous indoor drone startup from April 2019 to December 2022.
