His work on forest carbon and climate change impact assessments were published in several top peer-reviewed journals. He obtained a Ph.D. in Natural Resources. He has conducted several training courses related to REDD+, MRV, Capacity building, UAVs, and GIS applications for resources mapping, carbon accounting and environmental quality assessment. Manju has been providing his expertise to international organizations, Government, NGOs and research students over the past 10 years. Manju has won several prestigious international awards for his nature-based solutions technologies.
