2011年三井物産株式会社入社。インドなどでの資源リサイクル分野及び自然エネルギー分野の新規事業立ち上げや投資管理業務に従事。PwCアドバイザリー合同会社での国際的なM&A支援業務などを経て、2017年に宇宙ベンチャーSpace BD株式会社に創業後初の社員として参画。2020年より取締役COO就任。2023年2月、グローバルに挑戦する人と組織の本質的な成長やコンディショニングづくりを支援することをテーマにSangaを創業。その他に、全米ヨガアライアンスRYT200認定インストラクター、桐蔭横浜大学非常勤講師（担当科目：『アントレプレナーシップ』、『国際経済論』）。 早稲田大学政治経済学部、シドニー工科大学MBA卒。
SPACETIDE Foundation
Mac Kanazawa joined Mitsui & Co. in 2011, working on new business development and investment management in the recycling and renewable energy sectors in India and other countries. After working as an M&A advisor at PwC Advisory LLC, he joined Space BD Inc. in 2017 as its first employee after its foundation. In 2020, he was appointed as the Director and COO. In February 2023, he founded Sanga with the theme of contributing to the fundamental growth and conditioning of people and organizations that take on global endeavors. In addition, he is a certified US Yoga Alliance RYT200 instructor, as well as a lecturer at Toin Yokohama University (subjects in charge: 'Entrepreneurship', 'International Economics'). Mac graduated from Political Science and Economics at Waseda University and holds an MBA at the University of Technology, Sydney.
